SCOPE OF WORK:
Provide a complete set of piping /sheet metal drawings in DWG format to be produced in AutoCAD 2000
Provide (1) one copy finished plan view drawing to be plotted on 30"X42" reproducible bond with your title block sheet at a scale of 1/4"=1'-0".
Provide (1) copy of all drawings on CD in DXF format at end of project.
All piping / sheet metal will be provided with dimensional layout and shall include elevations.
Coordination of Piping / Sheet Metal with any other trade that provides information at the time of drafting each area (I.e. Architectural, structural, sheet metal, fire protection, electrical and any other trade). If these trades do not furnish their information we will re-coordinate these areas at an hourly rate.
All Mechanical, Equipment and Central Plant rooms shall be produced at a scale of 1/4"=1'-0"
Provide typical details of equipment with Bill of Materials.
Central Plant, Cooling Tower and all piping 2-1/2" and larger to be drawn for possible spooling and fabrication.
Provide concrete pad layout for equipment
Provide hanger insert locations for Central Plants.
ITEMS EXCLUDED:
Architectural Base Floor Plans
Printing & Plotting costs
Field trips and coordination meetings
Sepia and Mylar reproducible vellums
Cost in changes of equipment from original submittal data
ITEMS NECESSARY FOR WORK TO START:
One (1) complete set of Contract drawings, all trades.
All submittal data on major equipment. All submittal to have complete dimensional information. Items must be complete before work can be started in Central Plant.
A Purchase Order or Letter of Intent signed.
Complete shop drawings from Sheet Metal Contractor with all dimensions, duct sizes, unit locations and bottom of duct elevations.
Schedule of construction from General Contractor or Construction Manager.
